Good Food Can Help Create a Better Life
Eat more vegetables and fruit.
Eat raw, organic and living food whenever possible.
Use smaller plates, eat smaller portions.
Start with a little smaller portion and then wait 15 to 20 minutes before you go back for more and you may be surprised that you are no longer hungry. (That is how long it can take for the brain to register satiation)
Decrease or eliminate sugar and fructose and sucrose and all the other ose’s.
If you can not pronounce the ingredients do not eat it.
Drink more water.
Avoid sugary drinks.
When indulging in occasional sweets do it with a meal that contains a lot of fiber. (This regulates sugar absorption into your blood.)
